The company’s headquarter is located at Via Roma, Hamar jajab district in Mogadishu, Somali and is arranging to have main branch offices in Puntland , Jubaland , Hirshabeele , North East And southwest states. of the Federal Republic of Somalia as soon as the Takaful regulation of 2025 is implemented by the government.

Islamic insurance, or Takaful, operates under Sharia principles that promote fairness, transparency, and shared responsibility. It avoids interest (Riba), gambling (Maiser), and uncertainty (Gharar), ensuring all transactions remain ethical and community-focused.
